Marriott Digital Services is an industry-leading, in-house digital marketing agency that offers SEO, Content, and Paid Media tactics to participating hotels.

My initial role was to execute the bidding and optimization of hotel-level paid media strategy. These responsibilities expanded over time, as outlined below.

Marketing

Strategic paid media ad campaigns were optimized to target users throughout the booking funnel and advertise room nights for Marriott properties.

Paid Social campaigns (Facebook and Instagram specific) were run for hotels that wanted to highlight events or amenities for a period of time.

Workflow

Monthly and quarterly reporting was provided to hotel properties for insights into their paid media campaigns at an individual as well as market level.

Tools such as Excel, Tableau and Power BI were leveraged to detail these reports, informing past results and future strategy.

Scaling

Increasing every-day functionalities was essential team for team processes. Working with multiple vendors as well as cross-functionally within internal teams, workflows were continuously refined for client engagement and vendor operation

Software

Zendesk and Salesforce were two of many platforms mastered in order to scale operations and establish best practices. By increasing efficiencies in daily workflows through these products, we were able to increase client engagement satisfaction and offer more robust services.
